- To locate the cottage, drive through the gate to Summer Village Rd. Take the first right onto Sunrise Ln. The cottage is the last property on the left side of the lane

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
ACTION REQUIRED:
- Prior to your arrival, you must fill out a rental agreement. Then, you must send the form, a copy of your ID, and a check for $183.48 for the community amenities (if applicable) to the Summer Village Management Office. The items must ARRIVE at the office at least 1 week prior to your trip. There will be a late fee of $50 if the items do not arrive on time
- The necessary form can be found below in the ‘Additional Documents’ section and the address to the office is: Summer Village Condo Association at 6 Summer Village Rd, Westford MA, 01886

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is located in a gated community. To access the community, stop at the gatehouse for car passes and to sign in with the Summer Village community. Please be prepared to give guests' names and the property address
- The key is located in a lockbox, which is on the doorknob of the cottage. The code is 232
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please return key to the lockbox in the gatehouse
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
