3/5 The house served our purpose for a place to put our heads at night and have a full kitchen for meals. They yard needed some mowing and trimming. Getting the dog's poo out of tall grass was not fun. The water dispenser and ice maker did not work and there were no ice cube trays. So, bring a bag of ice if that is important to you. The lamp in the living room is a little finicky to turn on. Just turn the knob slightly, and finally it will. The cold water in the shower doesn't stop when you try to turn it off. You need to find a sweet spot in the rotation of the knob to make the water stop. The sink in the bathroom is not attached to the wall, or the floor. So, it wobbles and moves a little. We couldn't figure out how to watch any services on the television (e.g. Cable, Direct TV, etc.) so instructions from the host would be great for future visitors. Lastly, the latch on the gate to the fenced-in yard did not latch. Overall, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, towels and washcloths provided and the amenities were sufficient for us and our purposes. It was worth the price. I left some measuring cups and measuring spoons I brought will me for baking as a contribution to the house.
