Grab the provided beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella, and get ready to spend a fantastic day by the shore! You can swim, play in the sand, and enjoy the view of Lewis Bay and many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor.
While the home is situated in a secluded and serene setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, it's within walking distance to the spirited Main Street in Hyannis - home to the Kennedy Museum, numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, bookshops, boutiques, a carousel, and family amusement centers.
Enjoy the Thursday night parade or listen to live music in one of the pubs. Take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, catch a whale-watching cruise out of Barnstable Harbor, go on a deep sea fishing expedition from Hyannis, take a drive along Old King's Highway and do a little antiquing, practice your swing at any of the nearby golf courses or just enjoy the sea breeze in the backyard!

4/5 We took ferries to both Nantucket and MV and the location was great. Also close to town. Very quaint and had a warm feeling.

Mostly good property
4/5 The house is very well located and it had everything you need inside the home for a vacation in Cape Cod. The only issue is when we took a hot shower in either bathroom the fire alarms would sound. I have never seen vapor from a shower set off the fire alarm.
We had a great time in this home though alittle touch up needed...
5/5 We had a beautiful weekend getaway with my Church family. The house is in a very nice area and very clean.We were able to walk to the beach...and we enjoyed a visit to the JFK memorial park. We were so close to where we got our ferry to Martha's vineyard. We made a delicious barbecue by using the grill which was very fast in cooking. The kitchen was so well stocked we needed to add nothing else just our food. New couches are really needed the ones there are quite soft and not comfortable so are the mattresses. But I talked to Lilian and she told me she in process of buying new ones. She is sooo good in communication. She made our stay very nice and easy because she made sure she replied all my texts asap which was really appreciated.
Would really recommend this home...looking forward to going back someday... Thank you Lillian...

5/5 Lillian was easy to speak with for any questions and arrangements. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The location was perfect….close enough to walk downtown or to the harbor, but far enough away to enjoy quiet time also…..we want to come again with some of our family!!
