Homey, Clean and Comfy!
5/5 Myself and 3 friends came to shop the Brimfield Flea Markets. We loved coming home each night to the lake house and it's gorgeous views. The home could use some decor updates, but that sort of added to the homey charm. Very Clean!! Would stay again.

Perfect property for our family!
5/5 We travelled to West Brookfield for a large family birthday celebration; six adults stayed at this lovely property and it was ideal!
There was ample room for adults to gather, the lake view was gorgeous - it seems like we watched the colors change on the trees while we were there. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and watching the resident eagles. Kids came to visit and enjoyed the ping pong table.
We found the property to be very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms were large and also well stocked. Altogether a great location! We hope to return.

4/5 The driveway WAS very steep and only would fit 4 compact cars. Ours trucks were a tight fit. There were several light bulbs that were out and dishwasher did not work well, also it smelled. Otherwise the house was perfect for our needs as we spent most of our days at Brimfield.
