4/5 Great bike access, both paved and dirt, 4 miles to Marconi Park/beach. Kids loved it. Kids also loved the bunk beds. House was immaculately clean. Neighborhood very quiet. We were grateful for the beach chairs, beach toys, etc since we had not packed those. Shed also had cornhole game. Only complaint was an issue with couch seat but that may have been prior guest not reporting a problem because manager was not aware of it.

5/5 Short stay on Cape for two kids, mom, and grandmom. We all had great fun. House is cozy and conveniently close to hike/bike trails both paved and dirt; only about 4 miles to Marconi Beach National Park. We were there just before Hurricane Erin so surf was very dramatic. On different days we went north to Wellfleet and south to Brewster for inner cape beaches for the quiet water, safe swimming and beach time. We had not brought beach toys (my daughter was on business) and we were all very grateful to find beach chairs, buckets, toys, and boogie boards ready and waiting in the garage. We also enjoyed the corn hole game we found in the shed, and Twister for the kids along with other inside games. Lots of restaurants nearby, we had terrific sushi takeout from Mac's Shack in Wellfleet and wonderful seafood at Bookstore&Restaurant also in Wellfleet. Kitchen is modern, well equipped, seating for meals both inside and outside. Comfortable beds, kids loved the bunk beds. Kids also loved seeing bunnies in the yard and on neighborhood walks. The house was just right for us.
4/5 Check in was easy and smooth. Great communication with property manager/owner. Flexible regarding check out. Kitchen was well equipped. I do think hand towels both in the kitchen and bathrooms would be helpful. Using paper towels seems wasteful.
