Great Location, Great Stay
5/5 We loved staying here this year for our annual ren faire trip! It was great to be near the cape without dealing with all the traffic to get on the cape. It was cozy with a great view and just what we needed.

Awesome view
5/5 What a view! The walking distance to the playground and the sand on Swifts beach was great for my young family. The host were easily accessible and responsive. Can't beat the view!

5/5 The weather was terrible, but the house was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like home. The views were so dramatic, even during the hazy, stormy weather. The 5th & 6th days were sunny and very nice. The sun on the water looked like diamonds. By the time I left, I felt like I was leaving my home, I was very sad. I really hope I get to try this again in warmer weather.Thanks for a great trip. Helen- Johnson City NY

Cape Stay
4/5 Deck and view are awesome.Space is cozy for cold October evenings.The beds need replacing. The twin trundle beds don’t support adult bodies. The sleeper sofa does not work for sleep! It was dirty, thin and extremely uncomfortable.The hot water heater isn’t satisfactory. We had one person shower and it ran out after 5 minutes.
