5/5 This is an outstanding vacation property in every aspect, clean, cozy cape cod cottage with well-stocked nice kitchen. It is good for old folks like us as it is one level no stairs at all. But above all what stands out is location location and location truly amazing perched on the cliffs overlooking the ocean Atlantic Ocean and Cape cod Bay beautiful I can't say enough privacy and accessible with a 5-minute drive to Provincetown you won't regret renting this place it's fantastic thank you so much to our host

5/5 My favorite home I’ve rented in Ptown area, by far my favorite due to close proximity to bay and ocean, wonderful trails to walk dogs. Private location, pretty much in the dunes, close to town as well

4/5 Lovely area. Overall nice property. Just little things like the living room shades and shower curtain need to be changed. We came at the end of the season so I suspect these things will get replaced over the next couple of weeks.
