Family visit
4/5 The apartment was very nice and roomy. Perfect size for our needs. Although the listing did show/state stair access required, I thought it was a two story with bedrooms upstairs. My elderly father whom we came out to visit had a very difficult time climbing stairs. Had some trouble with the code upon arrival but contacted host and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall house was clean with minimum issues. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again. Only suggestion besides staying 2nd floor apartment in listing would be to have a broom or vacuum and some cleaning supplies available. Also needed an additional AC unit in living room.

Family visit
4/5 We had a very nice stay and visit with our family. The home was perfect for our needs except for a couple of things. Upon arrival we had trouble with the code to enter the home which the host responded immediately. She was very pleasant to work with and reached out to us prior to our arrival. Although the listing did state that stairs were required for access by the pictures I understood it to mean the bedrooms were upstairs. More like a townhouse. Maybe put in the listing that it’s a 2nd story apartment. My dad whom we came out to visit is 88yrs old and had a very difficult time making it upstairs. The apartment was VERY HOT when we arrived. Would suggest that the air be turned on prior to guest arrival. Took several hours to cool down. Temps were in the 100s that day. The home was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and clean. Only other suggestion would be to have broom and cleaning supplies, as I would have cleaned up a little better before departure. All that said, I would stay again and recommend to friends.
Amazing stay!
5/5 The host was so amazingly responsive and the space was perfect.
The beds were comfy; the living room and dinning room had such amazing space for visiting. Everything was super clean. Appreciated that there were window air conditioning units in each room, and another in the living room. (We visited in peak summer and it was quite warm when we entered the place, but it quickly cooled down.)
The host was so gracious and answered all inquiries super quickly.
My only complaint was that the stairs and doors to the upstairs unit were a little confusing to navigate. (Accidentally went up an extra flight to an upstairs storage area.)

Nice Apartment
5/5 When we first pulled up to the place we looked at each other and said oh no! It's an older house and the naborhood isn't kept up. Then we got inside and we were presently surprised. It's just a very nice place. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice hot shower. Our stay was great and about half the price of hotel rooms for the whole family. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Spacious. Just what we needed
5/5 Lots of space in this 3 bedroom listing. Lots of parking room as well. Communication with property manager was always prompt. Had no issues during our few day stay. A few minutes from downtown. Would stay here again!
