Amazing stay!
5/5 The host was so amazingly responsive and the space was perfect.
The beds were comfy; the living room and dinning room had such amazing space for visiting. Everything was super clean. Appreciated that there were window air conditioning units in each room, and another in the living room. (We visited in peak summer and it was quite warm when we entered the place, but it quickly cooled down.)
The host was so gracious and answered all inquiries super quickly.
My only complaint was that the stairs and doors to the upstairs unit were a little confusing to navigate. (Accidentally went up an extra flight to an upstairs storage area.)

Nice Apartment
5/5 When we first pulled up to the place we looked at each other and said oh no! It's an older house and the naborhood isn't kept up. Then we got inside and we were presently surprised. It's just a very nice place. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice hot shower. Our stay was great and about half the price of hotel rooms for the whole family. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Spacious. Just what we needed
5/5 Lots of space in this 3 bedroom listing. Lots of parking room as well. Communication with property manager was always prompt. Had no issues during our few day stay. A few minutes from downtown. Would stay here again!

Clean/ no AC
4/5 Clean, but it did get hot at night...n loud if u have to open windows...also be careful of evolve...i was sent there via google hotel search, but while on google i asked for 3 nights, didnt notice till too late it was down to 2 nights when info transfered to evolve
What we needed
5/5 We will stay here again! Great location, perfect size for a family of 5 and clean and responsive owner.
Could use a cookie sheet and KIDS kichen ware like bowls, spoons and plates. Other than that very nice
