4/5 This waterfront cottage offered fantastic views of Mt Hope Bay. It was a great hit with my two young grandsons. The place was comfortable and very clean. It is a little rustic but ideal for a family with children. There are so many activities in the area. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the Fall River area.

2/5 House itself was a 4/10. Classic case of homeowner improvements. Photos look good, but all the issues come out in reality. Do your research about Mount Hope Bay before you book!!!
Location was convenient for our needs. Family was there for a softball tournament. It was close to the fields and easy access to Fall River and New Bedford.
Overall, we felt duped from our booking. Would have made other arrangements if we had know.

- We don't advertise a dishwasher, oven, or laundry facilities as we don't offer these amenities. We encourage guests to fully review the listing to ensure it meets their needs.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
- While the listing states that you can walk to the beach, we don’t offer a private beach. Unfortunately, the condition of the public beach is beyond our control.
The homeowner truly goes above and beyond for their guests and we're confident that future guests will enjoy excellent stays.Excellent weekend get away!
5/5 Had a great time relaxing by the water soaking up the sun and grilling out. Plenty of space inside and comfortable beds. Wifi, TV's, and appliances were all in good order and were easy to use.
