Wonderful spot in convenient location
5/5 We had a great time at this little gem of a house. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a view of a quiet lake was a 10 out of 10.

Amazing views, plenty of sunlight, very close to Great Barrington
4/5 We stayed here 3 nights with our two little kids for a long weekend skiing at Butternut Ski Area. It's a 15-20 mins drive so pretty close and convenient.
Great Barrignton downtown is even closer and that worked great for us.
Kimberly (the host) was absolutely amazing. I asked for suggestions for places to eat etc and she was super helpful and nice.
The views from the house are exceptional. We stayed there in February and the lake/pond was frozen and snowy, but that didn't take away from the gorgeous views especially from the dinning room.
The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed.
Having a fireplace we could use was wonderful! We did enjoy so much cozying up on the couch with the kids and watching tv.
I'm only dropping one star as the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable, and both me and my husband didn't get a great sleep during our stay. Also the master bedroom has a very strong smell of "old house" and could use some love for sure. The curtains definitely take away from the beauty of the huge glass windows. Yes, definitely will need a way to cover up those windows at night, but please find a more "modern" way to do it :)
The bathrooms are clean and nice.
I'd definitely recommend this place 100%. I think we might be back in summer to experience the great lake views :)
Great getaway in Sheffield
5/5 Kimberly was a great host. Very attentive. The house is in a great location on a fantastic property, right on the lakefront. Wonderful views, cozy fireplaces great kitchen, and acess to a 2-car garage.
