5/5 Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of towels, a basket of toiletries if you forgot something, and WiFi works great. Plenty of parking and nice back yard. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

4/5 The information in the book in regards to the TV and WiFi are outdated. There was no information about bedding and dishes (what to do when checking out).
The ceiling in the shower area of the bathroom has mold and needs to be repaired.

5/5 We had a lovely time at this property !! It was a friends reunion with 6 of us and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, we really enjoyed the backyard. I highly recommend coffee and breakfast outside. The hammock is the perfect touch, great for laying out and just taking in the sounds of nature. So close to lots of beaches, you can pack up and be on a beach within 20 minutes which is incredible. Definitely recommend this property for your Cape Cod stay.
