Property owner was the best! We had a prob with our door lock n they came and took care of it right away . The building was clean and comfortable just like home.

The contact person, Andrea, was great! She was quick to respond to questions. The location has easy access to a grocery store, Target, restaurants and is just a short walk to public transportation. The physical space could use a little updating, specifically the worn carpet and maybe a cote of paint. The upstairs tenants are heavy footed. None of that bothered us and it served our purpose and we enjoyed our stay.

house is in deplorable and old condition. every door is broken in the house. no hairdryer. It is freezing inside.

We were disappointed to discover that the home was left in disarray causing additional servicing to restore it. We made many attempts to contact you but received no response. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
