Nice locations, lacking some details
3/5 Pros: centrally located, easy to get places, close to T stop, hot water for showers consistant, nice kitchen. Heat worked well. Faux- Fireplace was coolCons: Noisy from traffic throughout night, not well stocked with basics: half a roll of toilet paper provided only, no dishwasher detergent, only silverware was dirty in the dishwasher, only 3 bed pillows despite listed for 6, couch is as pictured- not actually a sleeper sofa, hair from pets and people in bed, extremely strong detergent smell on linens making uncomfortable to sleep on, no towel rack in bathroom, rug in living room was smelly and very dirty. No instructions on how to join wifi or in general.

- We apologize if the noise from the road affected your stay. The bedroom is sound-proof so that our guests can rest easy.
- There is extra toilet paper in a cabinet in the bathroom. We also keep additional kitchen supplies such as dishwasher detergent and garbage bags under the sink.
- There are extra pillows in the storage room behind the bedroom.
- We've installed a towel rack in the bathroom.
- We have removed the carpet which has completely eradicated the odor in the living room.
- The directions to the wifi is located under the TV but we're sorry to hear that you experienced issues with this.

5/5 This was a great property. My brother lives in Cambridge so we were within driving distance of him and the T to get to Boston. You will be off of a busy street. Once you're inside the house the noise isn't bad at all, but just be aware of this. Mike was awesome and was very responsive and took care of any concerns we had.

Below expectations
3/5 Smelled like dog/cat urine. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Trash can full. Food in fridge. Is what it is. But not great.

Hi Jason, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! This homeowner works hard to keep the property clean and has had the carpets professionally cleaned in order to eradicate any odor. The fridge has been deep cleaned and is cleared out between stays.
