  I highly recommend this gem. From the location to the amazing views and top floor this was an overall amazing experience.

  We got to the spot after 6 hours of driving. The host was miserable. When we got to the apartment the couch had dirty stains all over it, while it was an uncomfortable futon that made the stains more disgusting. I asked for a blanket to cover it and he said, “It’s the end of the season, what do you expect.” Terrible and mean even more after that. Said get a last minute stay somewhere and we’ll give your money back. Our conference was starting the next day and it was too much; very little accommodations left. Never again. I have pictures to back up my claim. Nasty host.

  - We are here for all our guests and we try to work with all of them if there are issues, I do not feel it is necessary for name-calling, and consider myself a reasonable person who is easygoing. We offered to refund you the remaining days if you wanted to check out, we were not being rude we just wanted to make you happy.
  - We understand that there was a stain on the couch and we have taken care of removing that stain. We would not have made any comments about the end of the season or what do you expect. We would have made arrangements to get you additional blankets if needed.
  - To all potential guests, we provide a clean and comfortable space to make memories with family and friends. We have a long list of guests who have shared kind words and given us 5 stars!
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  Gary's Penthouse was amazing!! Terrific water views, clean apartment with everything we needed and Gary was incredibly responsive to us. A wonderful stay!

• Amazing Stay!

  We had an amazing time staying in Gary's place. First, the view is totally amazing and true to the pictures. From the main room, there's a crystal clear view of the water. There was a deck outside that you could also see the water from or a lower deck with some lounge chairs which you could access. Two bedrooms were clean and exactly what we needed. Second, Gary is very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. He is incredibly accommodating. Finally, Town itself is an amazing city- such a queer friendly place- everybody was so friendly. I wish there were more places in the world that was like this!
