  Upon our scheduled check-in at 4:00, we walked up to the font porch to be welcomed with garbage bags of trash. The house was not ready. Dirty linens on the floor in all bedrooms along with stained mattress and pillows in rooms. Bathroom was disgusting with human waste left on the toilet. All floors were not clean. Kitchen was not clean. Also, this is a side guest house attached to a larger house. There were trash bags, boxes, and old couches on the front porch. Windows broken and looks to be occupied by young island workers. I called the property handler to let them know what we walked into and to reach out to the owner. The owner never called back. Resulting in us not staying there and scrambling to find another place to stay, but even if someone came out to clean the house, the house was not acceptable or safe to stay in.

• Mostly fine but noise makers.

  When we got to the rental the front and side of the property was so bad we did not even want to go in. The side of the property that we were on was very nice and clean inside. The back was also nice. The price was very reasonable. However the very loud music coming from the front property was very annoying. Once we got them to turn the music down later on they started singing with a guitar, also very annoying.
