• Great location and home

  We arrived to find a spotless home. Central AC worked great and furniture was clean and comfortable. We had a hurricane scare that cancelled our return ferry. The owner was gracious and accommodating. The location is private but a quick drive to beach and Oak Bluffs. Very happy with our stay.

• Great House & Owner

  We were only 4 adults enjoyed the home very much. 1st floor master was very helpful to my brother inlaw who has diffulty with stairs. House was bright, cozy and extremely clean. Homeowner reached out directly and went over and above in accommodating us during the hurricane and canceled ferry departures. She was kind and helped us during a very stressful time. Highly recommend this rental and the private location.

• Stay was okay….Some Improvements and Suggestions

  . Cleanliness issues in some areas. Closets junky, pillows and blankets on floor. Mildew rags left in washer and smelled bad. Closets cluttered. Remote was filthy that we had to clean to use. Suggestion- a larger ironing board better. Organize closets and get plastic bins.. Living room and Kitchen was great. We appreciate the quick response for linens. When you travel, linens are essential because expected to be able to relax and it is extra cost to load into suitcases. My group appreciated it. Beds were comfortable, twin beds will not work for tall individuals. They are more for kids,’but minimum age was 25.Supplies and games were a nice touch. Chairs outside should have been wiped down during cleaning. Although could not use, the patio furniture were nice.The TVs upstairs cable did not work. We attempted to connect HDMI1&2 to no avail. We were able to get Netflix in one room. The other missing remote. The WiFi and printer great.Suggestion- need mold paint. Basement had mold smell. Looked really nice though.Hallway light did not work. Paint radiator in 1/2 bathroom. Overall, not a bad experience. The composition of people would change.

  - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. After hearing your feedback, we have since followed up with our cleaning service to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and note on our listing, "Bath towels and bed linens are not provided at this property; guests must bring their own," however, we're glad we were able to promptly assist you with this matter. Additionally, the twin beds are of standard size and clearly described in the listing and in our listing photo's.
  - The upstairs bedrooms do not have cable, however, they have smart TVs that guests can use for streaming and we confirmed all are working without issue.
  - Due to previous guests left the basement air conditioner at 76 degrees during hot and humid weather, it resulted in the mold. However, we have since added a continuous run 1000 sq ft dehumidifier to the basement in addition to the air conditioning unit. We will further look into the hallway light.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
