5/5 The place had everything we needed and more! Location location location was key!!!! Although we had a car we could have walked to our destinations attractions just as easily!!!A1 for this place!

Lovely apartment/ lovely area
5/5 We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment… everything was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Our renter was delightful and made check-in easy (we also appreciate all the info kept in a book onsite as well as the extra waters in the fridge). The location was very nice - I’d say it was just over half a mile from the marina area. Close enough to walk (15-20 minutes) but we could also use Ubers when we needed to hurry. (Keep in mind: the road to and from the marina is a busy one and while there are are no sidewalks, a lot of people seem to use it to walk.) We would definitely recommend this rental.

Charming Chop Accommodation
5/5 We had a lovely stay in Al’s very large basement apartment. The apartment had a washer, dryer and two spacious bedrooms. Al was a fantastic host, very friendly and kind. He greeted us with champagne and loaned us his grill and charcoal. He gave us great tips and made sure we maximized our trip with “locals only” suggestions. Truly enjoyed our stay!
