Anniversary trip
5/5 My husband, dog and I enjoyed a long weekend here to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary- the property was beautiful and quaint! Perfect for exploring on walks, or nearby to the Norman Rockwell museum. Would stay here again.

Early Fall Adventure
4/5 Great location for mountains, hills, lakes and ponds and waterfalls all nearby. The moderate tempartures allowed us to hike and paddle for four days. The accomadations were comfortable for two peeople - and clean.

Hiking in the Berkshites
4/5 The stay was as expected... rustic, beautiful scenery, near a nice lake. It was close enough to Stockbridge and Lenox as well as hiking experiences so the distance was not a problem. The air conditioning was broken but the owner promised to fix it for the next renter. All in all we had a nice stay. Especially since the weather is temperate.

4/5 The lakefront area was scenic and peaceful. The proximity of the property to Great Barrington and Stockbridge was a surprise (we did not know the area). The owner provided materials and tips on local sights and hiking trails that we useful.
The time of year we went (end of May) turned out to be somewhat buggy - causing me to use the outside fireplace to keep them at bay.
Overall, a nice experience.
