• Peaceful, cozy, good location

  We stayed here a few nights to visit our student at Tufts and enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, cozy, and pleasant. Comfortable beds! Its location has easy access to Tufts, the freeway, and other destinations. Having a driveway parking spot is very convenient.

  This place received excellent reviews in the past so was surprised our experience was much different. Not given correct check in information, no clear indication where designated parking was, no extra kitchen or bath towels, no flat sheets on two of the beds, no hand soap for shower. Fitted sheet on King bed had lost all elastic kept shifting during sleep. The two times I spoke with host he was curt. Location was very good and easy to walk to cute bakery and train station.

  We're glad you enjoyed the location and found it easy to walk to the nearby bakery and train station. We're sorry to hear there were a few issues during your stay, and after connecting with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
  - We're sorry you received the wrong code at first. We’ve spoken with the management company and asked that codes only be shared during the week of a guest’s arrival to help avoid any confusion.
  - The Yale locks can be a little tricky if you're not used to them. Like other keypads, there's a confirmation step, and in this case, it's the checkmark button that finalizes the code.
  - There is just one driveway on the property, and it is intended for guest use. We'll make sure this is clearly communicated going forward.
  - We aim to have 6 to 8 bath towels available, and the washer and dryer are there for convenience during longer stays. We'll also remind the cleaner to fold down the top sheets so they are easier to see.

  We've stayed here twice. The location is great (walkable to a cute bakery and near some of our friends). Really nice to have the room with a double and bunk bed for our kids.
