House was not set up for basic guest needs
1/5 My family and I were the first renters in this home.
Upon checking in, there were a number of items (tv remote, wifi password/network, trash barrels, dish drying rack, dish towels, utensils for eating, etc) that were not in the home.
Guest services was responses to my concerns but, overall, the home did not feel comfortable so we ended up checking out 2 days early.
In addition to the readiness of the home for visitors, there is a boat docked directly behind the home and the only access to this dock is to pass very closely by the back deck of the rental. This is not in itself a major problem, except that the individuals using the boat was a group of young men who were drinking and playing music until late into the night.
I would not recommend this home to a family as a rental.
