Beautiful home in Mashpee
5/5 My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in Mashpee. We enjoyed the views of the water from the home, the deck and grill, lounging on the dock and by the fire pit. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

Lovely setting, house needs work.
3/5 The view of the bay from the deck was wonderful. We really enjoyed using the fire pit, which has the same great view. Unfortunately, the house was not quite ready for guests/renters. Some repairs are needed, there were electric wires sticking out of walls where light fixtures should have been and folding doors that didn't close because they were too wide for the door frame. The house smelled musty when we arrived. Fortunately opening windows and using several fans helped. The house was also rather cluttered, lots of breakable knickknacks and personal items present. The location of this house is wonderful, and so with a little work could be a great rental.
