  I would highly recommend staying here especially for anyone wanting to visit Salem. It was very close to Salem without costing an arm and a leg to stay. Everything was very clean and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. He offered lots of help when it came to travel and dining. Communication was a 10/10 and I couldn’t recommend this property enough!

  1. Beautiful location close to Salem, close to Boston, many cute bites near by, CLOSE TO THE WATER!

  2. Spacious and clean space

  3. Amazing and kind

  My family and I stayed in David’s apartment for our 4 day trip to Salem and Boston.

  We were kindly received with sweet treats, and a warm welcome from our host.

  The apartment is cozy, perfect for staying with friends and family and lovely common area for night time movies.

  David was the absolute sweetest, he owns the cafe located on the 1st floor of the Establishment with great breakfast which we enjoyed so much! we felt so welcomed and can 100% say we would love to return. David made our stay feel very familiar and personable and that really made our stay that much better! If you’re looking for a cozy stay, peacefulness and good vibes, we recommend this location!

  Had a wonderful stay in Lynn on my trip. The owner was amazing the apartment is super cute. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again on my next trip out. Thank you!!

• The best rental I’ve ever had

  This is by far the best rental for a vacation I have ever had. The owner was extremely helpful in giving us ideas to do on our vacation and the breakfast in the cafe was delicious. I will 100% be returning.

  We had an amazing stay in Lynn above an amazing cafe with amazing breakfast and awesome staff. Check in was as easy as walking in the door, lights were on and David our awesome host had a note welcoming us and outlining some things about the property and some tips and tricks for the area even had homemade brownies that were amazing. It was even more awesome that he owned and operated the cafe and was available to give us helpful advice during our stay! The apartment was perfect for my wife myself two young children and my grandmother. The kids and grandma enjoyed the hot tub and hungout in the enclosed backyard while my wife and i enjoyed the deck off our master bedroom. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again
