5/5 Great cottage. Very clean and stocked with essentials. I walked to Gray's beach in the mornings for exercise. The parking is free for events after 5pm. I followed the Kingston Parks Dept. Facebook page to be aware of local events. I went to the Music at the Park at Gray's Beach.

4/5 The house itself was fine. We really liked the cleanliness and preparation of the home. It was nice not to have to run out and buy the essentials, such as paper towels and trash bags. Unfortunately, the house backs up to an area called ‘The Coop’ which hosted an electronic band which presented a vibrating bass, loud patrons and awful feedback until well after midnight on our last evening.

Cute house near the beach
5/5 The house is adorable. Right down the road from the beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the necessary amenities. Only downside is having to go outside and down into a storm cellar to do laundry. Parking is tight but doable!
