  Very new property with extras like night light in bathroom, white noise machine in bedroom, 2 toilets and 2 sinks and a nice view off the patio.

  Clean, quiet and excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants for dinner and breakfast and to a nice convenience gas station that also has good coffee. Nancy and Roger were very eager to learn how to make our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely stay again. Great area to walk that also brought us to an old cemetery filled with history. Close to beaches and to Plymouth and Duxbury. Bedding was nice. No complaints at all!!

  Absolutely perfect! I honestly thought I was renting one of those cottages off of a hotel - its an Air bnb. This was my first- to be honest I had reservations about renting one. So being that, I already committed- meaning I didn’t want to make other arrangements, by the time I walked in WOW! Its the most absolutely amazing place to stay. Luck turns out I was 2 minutes away from the hall from which is why, I was up in Boston for my stay. There is a todo list, and no one at a front desk to check in with. All that was new to me, but she was easy to contact, when needed. The list todo before checking out and rules of stay were / are easy and manageable. I will 100 percent be staying there again!

  the cottage met our needs completely! great location, very comfortable and clean, VERY communicative hostess with some great suggestions. she even shipped an item that was accidentally left behind to my house in CT!would definitely return.
