I stayed here with a group consisting of 4 adults and a 1 year old. While it was a bit small for our group size, we made full use of the spacious yard and grill. We walked to the beach almost every day, and it wasn't too far of a drive to the other places we wanted to see (Provincetown and the Edward Gorey house). Everyone had a great time.

Overall was extremely happy with the place. The only thing I would say, was a dehumidifier should be run 24 seven it had a funny odor to it. But fortunately we were able to open windows and the cross breeze was lovely.

The location was perfect for us with restaurants and bars shops and beaches so close by. Musical entertainment was an added bonus as well as a craft vendor festival! Once we figured out the one way traffic patterns it was easy to plan our adventures
This short vacation was a magical, perfect time in a wonderful cape cottage! The location, settled into a tiny community of cottages, was very quaint. And to be within walking distance of Main St. Hyannis, the beaches and parks, and the Port, couldn’t have been more convenient. The house met so many needs for our family. We were lucky to have brought room darkening materials, as the curtains allowed the bright sun in early in the morning . Overall, highly recommend this cottage for everyone!
