5/5 5/5 3/5 We come to fish tuna. This year the hurricanes caused charters to be shut down for days. We messaged the property manager requesting to roll our dates later and received no response. We reached out again on the day of check in and were told because it was the day of…could not make changes. We asked about refund of cleaning fee because we were not using the property and were told they would check into it. Understood then we were dealing with third party property management company and not the owner. Once I got his information and contacted him he was very understanding and at least agreed to refund our cleaning fee. For this reason I’m giving three stars. The communication with the property management company was horrible and they were not helpful just trying to maximize their management fees. It’s truly a shame when you book on VRBO expecting to deal with real owners and you get third party managers. I will be more careful in the future.

5/5 We had a fabulous stay we were close to Salem as well as site seeing in Gloucester. Antonio is a wonderful host. We would definitely stay there again in the future if we visit Salem again.
