Lovely visit in a comfortable family home!
5/5 Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home that has been in the owner's family for multiple generations and only recently rented out. Our family members, ranging in age from 11 to 70, found the home to be clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The kids claimed the sun room as their hang out space and the adults were happy relaxing in the main living room. The king size room and one bathroom are accessed through the bunk room, which was a perfect arrangement for the kids and their parents while the grandparents stayed in the queen size room with the private attached bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of nice little touches around the house like nightlights, laundry washer/dryer, and shampoo/shower gel in the bathrooms. The central air conditioning kept the home comfortable during some humid summer days. The home's location was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood but super close to the seashore and convenient to all of our adventures from Rockport to Gloucester to Salem. Communication was amazing from Day 1, and the host was super accessible and responsive to our needs, even providing helpful hints and detailed tips about visiting the area. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect House for visiting Cape Ann
5/5 The house was very near and perfect size for A group of 5. It had all the essentials we needed and great location. We were never more than a 20 minute drive wherever we went and Gloucester only 5-10 minutes away! The beds were also very comfortable and the area is quiet at night. Would highly recommend

Beautiful home
5/5 We came to see our first grand baby and needed a home close to our son's place to stay. We found the perfect place. The home is beautifully appointed and close to everything. We have stayed at numerous other vacation rentals and this was one of the best. The kitchen had everything you need. I cook alot and most rentals have the basics. This kitchen had everthing. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The owner comminicated quickly and follow up was on point. The large yard was well maintained and a perfect for eating outside. I highly recommend this home.
