Wonderful Beach Home

Lovely home 7 minute or so walk to Coffins beach
5/5 We had a lovely stay at this home. The house was large and there was more than enough space to accommodate our two families. The 2 separate living rooms and bedrooms on 2 levels was nice for 2 families traveling together.
The house is maybe about a 7 minute walk to the far end entry to Coffins Beach, which is gorgeous and private, and a perfect beach for young kids. The home over looks the annisquam River and yacht club.
We found the host to be incredibly responsive and accommodating during our stay.
All of the amenities were what I would hope for and expect of a high priced rental. Plenty of extra linens, pillows, and towels, etc. the kitchen had everything we needed and more!
The owner also notified us of improvements to the home that were coming for the future.
The house is cooled with mini splits, and there is one in every single room. Everywhere in the house stayed extremely cool, with the exception of the upstairs living room and the kitchen space, which did get pretty warm. The small unit in that large open space definitely had a hard time keeping up because there were so many huge windows and sky lights with the sun shining in. We got used to it, and even in the middle of July it wasn’t awful, but for a high priced rental, it might be something that some people would care more about. The view through the huge windows was truly beautiful.
The dunes in front of and beside the house were really pretty and we saw deer and foxes at dawn and dusk right through the window!
We would absolutely stay again and really enjoyed our week!
Sister Weekend
5/5 We had a delightful stay for our sister weekend reunion. The house is wonderful - terrific views, lots of amenities and well stocked for a short weekend trip. We particularly enjoyed that we could walk to two nearby beaches and enjoy the off season solitude and the magnificent scenery. A terrific place to stay!
