Off season stay for our anniversary
5/5 The area is prime for many Dennis beaches, and travel along 6A from Sandwich to the National sea shore. There are many routes to travel South along 28 that are easily accessible. The house is warm and a great place central to most of the Cape.

Wonderful home
5/5 The rooms were spacious and conducive to relaxing and virtual work. The kitchen was a major letdown: it lacked some basics; cookware was missing (casseroles and bakeware); only had two cooking utensils that were flimsy plastic. We like to cook on vacation and were very disappointed. Thankfully we had our own casseroles and a saute pan. Close to beach and the Cape Playhouse. Will return.

5/5 The place was great. Very neat and clean. The kitchen could use some items for cooking and staying in. No traditional coffee pot or Keurig as stated.

5/5 The property was wonderfully decorated and in perfect, clean condition. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here that is looking for a quiet and safe getaway
Quaint and Cozy in Cape Cod
5/5 We stayed at The Blue Scallop on our first trip to Cape Cod, and it certainly won’t be our last thanks to this great rental. The Blue Scallop is a lovely place that captures the quaintness of Dennis and the Cape, and the little touches of hospitality (coffee and popcorn, soaps and household supplies, and cozy decor) make it feel like it could be home. And don’t dismiss the incredible house handbook—we ate our way through the recommended restaurants, and we were not disappointed. Thanks to the amazing hosts that made this our best rental ever and sparked what will be an annual Labor Day week tradition!
