5/5 Nice little neighborhood with about a block walk to the pond. Clean, comfortable & cute. definitely feels like a traditional Cape house which is what we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay! A couple more bed pillows & extra towels, maybe some beach towels would have been nice but their wise it had what we needed.

5/5 We loved our stay at the Cape Cod Cottage! Great communication with owners and easy access to keylock box. Perfect location - a quick drive to our favorite beach, Corporation Beach and night time fishing at West Dennis Beach. My children enjoyed the outdoor shower and the provided skimboards. The kayaks were already on the beach at Follins Pond which made for a great evening activity. The family is already counting down the days until we can come back here.
