4th of July vacation in Dennis

5/5 The house was so cute and the owners were very nice! It was the perfect location as well! Everything was basically within a half an hour drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Cape cod cozy cottage
4/5 Lovely cottage with amazing outdoor shower! Very clean and had everything needed. Screened in porch lovely as well. The only negative is it is not an easy trek down to the local pond and the pond is definitely more of a water sport (boating) pond than swimming. Although kayaks were provided there was no easy way to get them back and forth….
Otherwise wonderful stay.

Cozy place for a great restful week
5/5 The cottage was exactly like the pictures. We were three people and we had enough space to share. Beds were comfy, shower worked well and there was enough air flowing that we didn't need to use AC during early July.The owners have just listed this place, so they are still improving services. Things that can be adjusted for future guests are: making drying racks available (there is no place to hang wet towels), providing some amenities (e.g. coffee & filters, spices, sugar, etc) that are great to find in the place during a short stay, better maintenance of the outdoor materials to be usable like in the pictures.ps: kayaks were great to have and the walk to the pond is a short 3min.
