• Clean, private, and close to the beach!

  We had an excellent stay at the cottage. Excellent area close to restaurants, steps to the beach, and a short drive to Hyannis Main Street area. It was very clean, owner really cares about the property. Corner unit with private backyard patio. Everything that we needed was there from a coffee maker to tinfoil. Recommend 10/10!

  We stayed three nights in August (family of four with two teen boys). The condo is very clean, AC works well, has a very nice outdoor area with outdoor seating, a picnic table and grill. The place is definitely "cozy" for four, which may not be evident in the pictures, and we were bumping into each other if all in main room at the same time, but no complaints. Bedrooms have plenty of space, and stroll 3 minutes to the beach when you need room. The location can't be beat.

  My husband and I (a young couple early 30s with a 3 year old and one on the way) have been going to the Cape staying in West Dennis almost every summer now for the last 10 years and every year we rent the same house about a mile from this condo. Unfortunately a few days before we were to leave for our week vacation we received a call from landlord saying the hot water tank broke and there was not enough time to replace it before we were to arrive. We immediately got on every vacation rental website looking for a new place. It wasn't long before I came across this condo in West Dennis which was literally the last place with availability for the days we were going to be in the Cape. We took a leap of faith because we are so use to our other location but thank goodness we did. This place was so clean and so perfect for our stay. Even the mattresses were extremely comfortable and that's coming from someone 7 months pregnant. The location is perfect, there's a beach across the street to walk to and an amazing restaurant that our son loved because their chicken tenders were amazing. He wanted to walk there every night for chicken nuggets. I believe the name of the restaurant is The Sailing Cow. Jerry the owner was so wonderful to rent from. He is beyond nice and is available to answer any questions you have. He is the type of owner who actually cares about his guests feeling right at home and having a great time. I can go on and on talking about how much we loved this place. I'm actually happy that the water tank broke in the other house because we finally had an excuse to see what else the Cape has to offer and this place definitely made an impression on us and gave us so many new memories.   Clean/Cute/Comfortable Glad we were able to get to the Cape for another year with our friends. This location is great.
