Can't recommend this place enough!
5/5 We had an amazing stay in Menemsha! The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. We loved hanging out on the deck and the outdoor space. Communication with the owner was a breeze and he went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. If you're on the fence, just book it!

Quiet Martha’s Vineyard
5/5 Plenty of space to spread out- indoors as well as outside. This house could easily accommodate a large group. Watching deer in the morning, listening to the massive oak trees in the wind. We had a lovely time away from the hustle and bustle of the island hot spots - but they were close enough for a delicious dinner out!

Beautiful Property
5/5 The property was in a fabulous, private property and is within walking distance to Menemsha harbor. It was big enough to accommodate our family and the kitchen was great for family dinners. We spent much of our time on the beautiful deck. The owner was delightful and was excited to share his home.
