Everything was wonderful. Small feedbacks would be that we had to ask for a regular coffee maker to be delivered and then it was a mini mini size BUT the host was extremely accommodating and delivered. Theres no main living rm TV, and the downstairs bed slates are not attached and the bed kept falling down. OTHERWISE perfect rental

The property was listed as sleeping 8 with central A/C. It is only a 3 bedroom with the additional sleeping in the basement that has no A/C whatsoever. We had 8 adults and complained that the un-air conditioned basement was not acceptable. Long story short - the owner was extremely rude when this was brought to her attention. We only stayed one night and moved on. In addition, even without the basement A/C issue the house is too small for sleeping 8 and should not be listed as such

Hi Robert, we take guest feedback seriously, and after reviewing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We strive to create a welcoming environment for all our guests and ask that visitors follow our house rules and treat the property with respect. Unfortunately, after just one night, the home was left in a condition that required extra cleaning beyond our standard post-stay process. You were also fully refunded so you could make other arrangements for the week. Our home was re-rented the same day you left and the guests were extremely happy there.
- We've updated the listing and pre-stay information to clarify that the property has mini split A/C units for the main and upper floors, while the basement stays a constant temp of around 68 degrees, we've clarified that the area isn't equipped with A/C.
- The listing accurately reflects the sleeping arrangements: a king, queen, and full bed on the upper and main floors, and two twin beds in the basement. We feel that there are gracious multiple living areas indoors and outdoors for groups to enjoy, but we're sorry that the space didn't meet your group's needs.
We work hard to provide an excellent guest experience, we've gotten great feedback and look forward to hosting many satisfied visitors.
The classic Cape Cod house was beautifully maintained and cleaned, and had everything we needed and more. The dog crates were an awesome addition and made the dogs feel right at home. The backyard is large and a great spot for the dogs to run around, and also relaxing for the people too! The home owner was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommend!

This is a great property! I could not have asked for a better place for the family and pups to enjoy a weeklong getaway. Angie’s home was very comfortable, ample rooms, clean, and with all the essentials needed. The high-fenced and fully enclosed spacious backyard, outdoor shower, dog bowls, and 2 extra-large crates with beds in a fully furnished basement, made our athletic pups’ stay safe and welcoming. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this location is close to beaches, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. Whether taking a leisurely bike ride to the shops in downtown Chatham or an evening stroll with the pups, the walking distance access to the Old Colony Rail-Trail is priceless. I would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a dog/bike friendly vacation spot!
Nice to have property manager put up a Christmas tree for us. Easy access for our 90 parents to visit. Kitchen is a bit small but well appointed. Bedrooms were great and easily accommodated 5 adults. Was surprised to receive a request to pay $100 dollars to pay for pet cleaning. My brother brought his 13-year-old companion chihuahua over on Christmas day and apparently the cleaners reported pet hair was found down in the basement and tacked on an additional fee. If you have a dog visit, be advised you may pay extra cleaning costs.
