  The apartment has everything you need. The queen bed and king bed are very comfortable, the twins not so much.

  The AC is very loud, especially at night.

  The kitchen is not very usable if you want to cook. Everything in stiky and could need a good cleaning.

  We stayed in this apartment for 4 days not knowing the area that I could not recommend. Coming back at night was a little frightening as taking a walk to the nearest Dunkin for coffee !

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: The guest contacted us at 11:15 AM on the day of check-out via WhatsApp and requested to extend their stay until 2:00 PM. We explained that we had another check-in scheduled for that day, and therefore, we could not accommodate their request due to the necessary turnover time. Ultimately, they left around noon after our cleaning crew knocked on the door at 11:30 AM and found the guest still asleep. The approved check-out time for the property is before 11:00 AM. As a courtesy, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to our house rules so we can properly prepare the home for incoming guests. We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

  Cozy apartment - clean and had all the essentials. Bedrooms were comfortable. Nice kitchen table area with good natural light from windows. Apartment in a residential area that was well kept and quiet. Two convenient parking spaces in driveway. No street parking outside apartment. Property contact with Evolve was very helpful and prompt in responding. She arranged an early check in for us which was quite convenient! Narrow steep stairs leading to 2nd floor apartment. Not a problem for us but a consideration if you have a problem climbing stairs.

• Great stay for the weekend

  We stayed at this place based on the online listing. It was perfect for our stay this weekend. Yes, the stairs to the upper apartment is a little steep, but the place was immaculately clean and a nice surprise. The venue has character as one would expect in an older built, but everything worked as advertised, the owner was extremely responsive and pleasant, and we didn't have any complaints. Beds were great, bedding like new, appliances worked well and were clean, and shower and water were awesome. Well equipped and no issues. It is near downtown Brockton, which also has character and pleasantly has several local eateries to give a try. Would stay again.

• Bit Disappointed

  Accommodations were fine. Area was remote and dark and we did not feel particularly safe in the neighbourhood. Very loud street noise. We expected better access to public transit but we ended up driving to Boston each day. We made it work, but overall, we were not thrilled with this property. The Evolve people who we dealt with on setting up the stay were fantastic! Super service!

• Brocton house

  Upon arriving the code to get into building had been changed a few hours prior. I called the hostess and got no answer. I called evolve and they attempted to call the cleaners to get code but no answer with them either. 20 minutes later gerlynne the hostess calls me back and rudely tells me she sent check in instructions in a text she had sent while I was driving for 8 hours. Rather then simply just tell me the new code she kept saying " I texted you ". Very unpleasant and unprofessional. The house and linens were clean. Pictures of property were very deceiving . Very small inside and cramped. Can't open refrigerator with out it hitting table, very minimal cups plates or silverware. The pull out couch was broken so we had to support it to keep level. Cameras are not there for renters safety , Cameras are there bc property is located in not the greatest area in town. For the price I was expecting somthing nicer / bigger and to be in a part of the town where I would feel safe taking a walk. Read feedback before you rent !!

  - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review as guest feedback is extremely important to me.
  - The code for the door was explained in the check-in instructions that were sent to you a few times, and a text was sent to you on the day of your arrival per your request to send it the day before.
  - With you arriving at 1:30 am and driving 8 hours, I can understand your frustration with not being able to access the property, but please know that I was happy to assist you, and am sorry if you thought my demeanor wasn't good as I've always had wonderful reviews about my kindness.
  - The square footage of the property is listed on the first photo of the listing which is 1200 square feet, but am sorry if the size caught you off guard.
  - The sofa leg has been fixed, so thank you for bringing this to my attention.
  - Evolve includes a map on the listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking to see if this is the neighborhood they want to stay in.
  
  I truly go above and beyond for my guests and am confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
