CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2631
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Due to cleaning schedules, late check outs are not allowed
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cottage by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Trash and recycle bins are located on the right side of the driveway
- Take out the trash. Trash pick up is every Tuesday
- Recycle is collected every two weeks on Thursday
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens, bathmats, and towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Place beach supplies and bikes back into the garage
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Put dirty linens and towels on a rugged floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, A/C, and appliances
- Open a couple windows and turn on ceiling fans to low
- Turn down HVAC
- Close and lock all doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cottage is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- Please supervise children when visiting the loft. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the loft
- Return any beach gear to the garage after use
- Turn on the fan in front of the walk-in shower to remove humidity
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Turn off the grill and gas after each use (red lever against the house)
- Put out all fires before leaving the fire pit
- The outdoor shower will be turned on during April after the last freeze
