- After going over one of the bridges to the Cape, take Route 6 East to Exit 11
- Take a right turn off the exit and follow for 1.8 miles
- Make a right-hand turn onto Millstone Rd. There is a package/liquor store on the right corner, a real estate agency on your left, and white posts that mark the intersection
- Make a left turn onto Prell Cir (there’s a yellow arrow sign indicating a corner on the right-hand side of the road)
- Make a right onto Nanumet Dr
- We are the 2nd house on the left. It is a corner lot. Blue house, set back from the road a bit

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, go around the house to the door on the backside of the garage. The keys are located in a lockbox, just to the right of the door. The code is 135780 (in no particular order)
- To close the box, you'll need to re enter the numbers again
- Please pull the trash barrel up from street (if it’s by the road) on your arrival and put behind garage
- Additional check-in information can be found inside of the Welcome Book upon check in
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- If you are leaving the house before 11:00 AM of your scheduled departure day please call 508-896-6791 and leave a message with your name, time of departure and from which house you are departing
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Please take the trash bins to the end of the driveway on Friday evening so trash can be collected by 6:00 AM Saturday morning. Please put the bins back where you found them on Saturday evening
- Wash and put away all used dishes (the pots & pans are high-quality non-stick cookware and should not be put through the dishwasher as it ruins the finish)
- Remove all personal items and used soap from house and bathrooms
- If you rented linens, please place all dirty sheets, pillowcases, towels and washcloths in the bathtub. Fold comforters on the end of the beds
- Please wipe down the tables (including deck table), kitchen cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator shelves, bins and drawers
- Vacuum/sweep the floors of any large debris
- Remove all items from washer/dryer (if used) and clean lint filter
- Sweep off the back deck
- Clean off grill gate, if used
- There are cleaning supplies in the cabinet over the refrigerator. We hope that spills will be avoided but recognize that accidents can happen. So please, feel free to use the cleaning supplies if needed
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return the key to the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- When returning from the beach, please try to brush off as much sand as possible in the garage or outside. There’s a hose in the front garden you can use to rinse off and a dishpan you can use for your feet in the garage. A great way to enter when coming back from the beach is to go through the back garage door so much of the sand drops in the garage and not the living room. Thanks for your consideration
