  We had an amazing experience at this gorgeous home! We are 4 couples and traveled with 5 children under 3! The house was well equipped for children with 2 cribs, a baby gate, a door alarm bell (to catch escaping children), and even books for the kids! The bed rooms are large, the porch is lovely, and the house was very clean upon arrival! The location was perfect. There is a playground and a small beach all within a 5 mile walk. Everyone was very friendly in the neighborhood. The owner was extremely responsive and reached out to ensure that our stay was perfect. He even gave further recommendations for beaches and activities close by. We are planning to book this home again! You will certainly be happy with your stay here!

  I can't say enough good things about our stay at this incredible summer house - 5 stars all the way around! Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with a true "cape cod" feel, the location was perfect; a very short drive from a great beach and some of the best restaurants we've been to in a long time.

  The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed for summer living. The modern kitchen was well-stocked for cooking family dinners at home (there's even a giant lobster pot!). The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with fresh plush bedding that ensured we all slept like a dream after long days in the sun. And perhaps the best part of the house is the huge wrap-around porch where we spent a few magical evenings enjoying the fresh breeze while the children played in the grassy front yard.

  The hosts were also wonderful to deal with - very responsive, warm and welcoming. Everything was as advertised with no bad surprises. We'd book this gem again in a heartbeat and 10/10 recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing summer getaway.
