4/5 The place was great for the stay but the wifi didn't work and the property manager didn't communicate until the last minute.

One of the worst experiences
1/5 We planned a girls trip for October, and had one of the most difficult and unprofessional experiences ever with this stay! For starters, Caleb is an awful host. I contacted him multiple times, even before the trip, and was completely ignored. The first unreasonable thing that happened was our check in time. . .5 pm? Not ok. We had to haul our 6 luggages across Boston because Caleb never contacted us when we asked to check in sooner. Then, when we arrived the lock/code didn't work! We contacted Caleb multiple times and waited 30-45 minutes to get even the slightest bit of help! We had to contact Vrbo, and they couldn't even get ahold of him. Eventually we received a call from an “Unknown number†and it was Caleb. I was completely appalled with this! DON'T BECOME A HOST IF YOU CANT ACT LIKE ONE, CALEB!!!! Once we walked in, we noticed a door stopper disconnected from the wall and eventually when we opened the TV cabinet, the door fell right off. The place was clean, but it was very lacking. We had 6 girls on this trip and the only mirror we had was a bathroom mirror. Beds were completely uncomfortable. There wasn't a washer or dryer. We didn't have many bathroom essentials, like a hair dryer. .those details are important when you're spending a lot of money to stay somewhere. The furniture wasn't enough for large parties. There were quite a few bedrooms, but the rest of the house was lacking. I feel like Caleb probably needed more time to make this place feel like a vacation property. Not to mention the personal experience we had. To future renters: this property isn't in the safest neighborhood. Just a heads up. The last thing I wanted to mention was our check out time being 11 AM, meanwhile Caleb was asking us to leave at 10 AM because “the cleaning maid had arrived.†The girls and I have vacationed to so many places, and this was probably the worst experience we've had. Don't stay here. I highly recommend Caleb reflects on this and takes his job more seriously.
