Cute place, some outdated things
3/5 very cute place, nice backyard + BBQ
a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels).
host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls

4/5 Great location. Good A/C, had beach chairs and beach parking permit which was nice. Kitchen overall was well stocked Needed more/new towels, dishcloths and washcloths.
