  Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again.

  House is good but needs to be cleaned better. A deep clean needs to happen. There were few towels and some smelled like mildew. No towels for guest bathroom. No detergent to run dishwasher. There was no working exterior light where the entrance door was. There was only one water glass in the kitchen. Needs many more. The exterior picture was taken several years ago as the vegetation is very over grown.

  Hi Melissa, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We do our best to keep the outdoor area looking nice. The listing pictures were taken during a different season and there are seasonal flowers that come out and then later go dormant when the seasons change. However, we do have plans for a landscape team to make some changes in the off-season.
  - Based on your feedback, we have had the home deep cleaned since your stay. We do use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We have also purchased new towels for our future guests.
  - We wish you had contacted the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve your concerns immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
  - We checked and didn’t see that any of the cups were missing. As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience.
  - Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We will also add more dish detergent for our guests' use. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  - Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review!

  I wanted to inform you of some issues we had at your vacation rental. Im not sure how ofter you check things out there but whomever is maintaining the home is not doing their job.First of all the kitchen floor and all the floors need a good scrub. There is a broom equivalent to a children's broom and thats it, no cleaning supplies ,vacuum ,mop to keep up the home for the week. We were given six towels for the week for nine of us. I called the cleaning company and they sent someone over late the next day with three more towels that smelled of cigarette smoke. I requested a vacuum and a swifter and only got the vacuum they never returned the next day as promised with the swifter.So for a beach vacation we were given one towel per person for seven days. Thats not nearly enough. Not one mattress had a mattress pad on it ,they should all have one for several very obvious reasons.Master bathroom door will not close all the way and that shade is to short so neighbor can see in when it's dark. Toilet seat in master was caked with old urine and the seat is broke. Master faucet is so loose you need to hold it still to turn it on. Master air conditioner leaks non stop so there went several of our allotted towels. Full bath on second floor has paint chipping in the tub and the sink is completely clogged and super slow to drain. Bedroom with double has a broken closet door and the room was infested with tiny spiders and the air is not cold enough in that room..Bedroom on first floor needed to be swept and several small pills were found. Only one floor lamp in the living room worked. The wonderful porch was unusable due to no screens to let in cool air night and to keep the bugs out. The corn hole game was cracked. Walking outback from the porch the stairs are loose and dangerous.The grill was almost empty so did not work properly.Although there is a working water faucet on the side of the house there is not a working hose ,another safety issue.The main entrance ( side door ) has no working porch light ,again not safe. The basement has water damage resulting in some rot and black mold. This can be a huge problem for guest with asthma and other breathing disorders. We were never told when to expect lawn maintenance, so that was a bit of a surprise one morning. We rented through a booking company to hopefully avoid these issues.

Extra towels were promptly provided on the same day, and our cleaning supplies are readily available under the kitchen sink. There's also a versatile bathroom spray for your needs.
  -We always aim to provide our guests with an excellent experience, and we're delighted to hear that our team was communicative during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any delay in delivering a vacuum, and we truly appreciate your understanding. It was provided the next morning upon your request, and we hope it met your needs, due to the late hour of the request.
  -We've checked the air conditioners, and they are in good working order with no leaks. The corn hole game has been replaced, and rest assured, our cleaning team does not smoke cigarettes. We appreciate your feedback on the master bathroom and can assure you that it's regularly cleaned.
  -We take your concerns seriously and have had pest control inspect the house to ensure there are no issues. This practice will continue to maintain the property's high standards.
  -We're working on installing temporary screens on the sun porch and are committed to ongoing maintenance. New doors and windows are in the plans for the seasonal porch, but we'll ensure it won't disrupt our guests' vacations.
  -Unfortunately, we do not monitor the propane for the grill, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about its use during your stay.

  Close to everything. Large house. Very clean. A lot of added special touches: coffee, spices, soaps, shampoo, bikes, games etc. Fast response from owner when internet modem broke and company came to fix. Can’t wait to rent again! We loved it so much.
