  House is old and we are ok with tha, but some basic small handyman tasks could certainly polish it up a bit. One bedroom had a door that only partially opened so in order to get around it from the bed you would have to close it, walk to the other side and reopen it. In that same room the chair had wobbly legs (and so did the bed). In the second room when we arrived the bed was made but the covers were rumpled as if someone had taken a nap on it before we arrived. The place smelled like a cat lived there - musty and a little “doggy”. It is no wonder that there are no photos of the bedrooms or bathrooms on the listing. Buyer beware. We did not use the shower.There are a few nice touches of art and attempts to add a few perks but it really felt like a furnished college apartment furnished with second hand goods. There was parking and a small outside deck. Nearby coffee shop was a peek as was the dog friendliness.Not used to being asked to strip used beds or to not only take out garbage but also bring the pail to the curb. Nice enough host but wouldn’t stay again. Needs upgrades.
