2/5 The house itself was nice however the location of the house was not ideal and the cleanliness of the house was unsatisfactory.
There were an abnormal amount of flies, so bad that they in fact got into the house and our vehicle while transiting. The entire stay. Pretty sure it’s because of the condition for the neighbor houses.

Upon receiving your concerns about the cleanliness of the home, we immediately dispatched our cleaning crew to address any issues, even though the property had been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Our team reported that the property was in good condition and confirmed that there were no significant cleanliness issues.
Regarding your concerns about the neighborhood and the proximity of the graveyard, we understand that this may not have been to your preference. While these factors are beyond our control, we strive to provide accurate descriptions of the property and its surroundings in our listings to ensure guests are fully informed before booking.
We recognize that you felt unsafe in the neighborhood, but we can assure you that we have had many guests who have had positive experiences in the area. We are sorry that this was not the case for you.
During our conversation, it was evident that your main goal was to get money back for services that you already paid for. We did our best to accommodate your concerns, but it appears that nothing short of monetary compensation would satisfy your grievances. Our goal is to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations of staying somewhere for free.
