Breathtaking views
5/5 My family really enjoyed this property, the views are amazing. I had to reach out to Katherine a few times regarding random things and she was super quick to respond. The property itself is perfect for a large family with plenty of sleeping configurations and was great for the handicap members. The elevator is handy but a little unnerving at first however it appears this style of lift is the way it is done at other houses as well. I wish the pool was heated and that the weather had been nice enough to enjoy the outdoors more but mother nature has her own plans. The kitchen was fantastic. Overall I would definitely come back when it warms up to enjoy this property.

PELICAN PERCH
1/5 THERE WERE ALSO MANY TRIP HAZARDS IN HOME AND ON STEPS , LOOSE STEPS, CRACKED STEPS. RUGS ROLLED IN CORNERS . ALONG WITH THE ROACHES IN THE POOL.

5/5 We passed a great time at this property. Well laid out for a gathering, The pool and picnic tables were a hit. Caught fish from the pier. Parking and amenities make for a easy stress free stay. Look forward to coming back again.

5/5 Nice home w/ 5 bedrooms to hold all of our family. Great location just outside of the city but close enough to enjoy the New Orleans vibe!
