Very gracious host
4/5 I traveled with a small group of lady friends. The location of the property is walkable to the French Quarter and local restaurants. We typically hired a driver to take us back if after dark. Jim, the host, is very pleasant and wants to make sure your stay is grand offering many great suggestions for nearby restaurants.
Our only now side was primary use of one shower. The second shower in the main living area is in need of repair and cleaning. There is a third shower in an enclosed area, but you do have do outside and around back to access.

From the owner: "We are so happy our guests enjoyed their visit! They were so nice and a pleasure to meet each one! I just want to clarify one item in their review. The shower head spray nozzle in one of the 3 bathrooms had minor clogging from some small calcium deposits originating from our city’s hard water. Once brought to my attention, I was able to immediately correct the issue by cleaning that shower nozzle spray head. At no time were any repairs needed to the shower, which remained fully functional for the rest of their visit."

5/5 This place is amazing just like the owner! Going to a new place can be a little scary but Jim made us feel safe and taken care of! The game room is perfect! Great place to hang out with lots to do! Board games, TV, pool table! We had so much fun and loved it so much we will definitely be back! And we will definitely stay here again! Great location and safe!

5/5 Jim was a great host. The location for the french quarters is perfect. The neighborhood is fun with local bars and places to eat very friendly place. The place is nice and easily accommodated the six of us. Will book again in the future next time we go to new orleans.

Great rental and amazing host
5/5 Our group of six had a great four night stay! We especially appreciated how Jim, our host, went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great time. The separate game room was highlight that was really unique to this rental. The unit is in a safe location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Street parking was readily available and Bourbon street was a quick Uber trip away. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others traveling to New Orleans!
