Excellent Stay
5/5 Couldn't have asked for a more convenient area to stay in. Lots of places to grab a bite of local food within short walks are drives. Plenty of street parking on the side of house. Quiet area. Cold A/C and tons of space to move around inside. Will be back.
Great Lovation, house needs work
4/5 Our 3rd time in this house. A/C and hot water are great, which is a plus. Noisy neighbors and paper-thin walls are a minus. Front bathroom needs a larger toilet ( oval shaped kind ). Current ones are designed for women and children—very uncomfortable for a grown man. Sign for WiFi router login seems to be completely WRONG! Since we had stayed there before we used the same login info and that worked fine. The mattress in the front bedroom feels like a soft sponge and should probably be replaced. Mattress frame seems unsteady and dubious. Some grout patching was done in the front bathroom and it looks like a 5 year old did it. What a mess. Price on the unit keeps going up with apparently no effort on improvements or upkeep. How about a Kleenex box and some real paper napkins? Not sure we will stay here again…

5/5 The house was perfect! Clean, very spacious! Short drive to most things you’d like to do and friendly neighbors! Definitely a perfect location if you just plan on eating your way through New Orleans then coming back to relax!!!

Birthday getaway
4/5 We were very happy with the property and the bus and streetcar stop were just a short walk away. We all felt very safe in the neighborhood.
