  Great little place right on the water. We had 5 adults in our group and this place was great. My son even said the futon couch was good sleeping. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch drinking coffee in the morning. Would definitely visit again!

  quaint townhouse but needs some TLC. Housekeeping could do a better job, all things considered a great place to stay.

  Our stay was very pleasant. The host was very helpful with questions we had. The condo was very clean with all the amenities needed. The area was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the water and fish jumping in it. lol

• Couldn't have been worse!!! I would give it a minus score if I could

  I was supposed to stay for 4 days. Only stayed for 30 minutes. The unit wasn't at all what is represented in the listing. Bed sheets were dirty and OLD and not comfortable/itchy - (note we got to condo at midnight -left and got a hotel that was so much better!!!). The entire condo smelled musty and the location was at least 25 minutes from downtown Madisonville. Also it was so remote and at the end of the road... didn't feel safe to stay here (since it was 2 females staying).

  I would NOT recommend.

  - We understand the importance of accurately representing our property, and we utilize professional photographers to ensure our images reflect the true essence of our home. We've recently made upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen, including new flooring and fixtures. Updated photos reflecting these changes will be available soon.
  - Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the home before each guest's arrival, including laundering all linens and bedding. Additionally, we've recently purchased new linens to enhance our guests' comfort. Regarding the musty smell you mentioned, we couldn't detect any such odor during our inspections. We also provide plug-in fresheners to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
  - We provide a map on our listing so guests can familiarize themselves with the property's approximate location. While we're located just a 14-minute drive from downtown Madisonville, we understand arriving at night may have been unsettling. However, we assure you that the safety of our guests is paramount, and our neighborhood, comprising around 37 homes, is tranquil and secure. Our guest contact has resided in the area for over six years without incident.
