• Major issues with cleanliness

  I was unfortunately quite disappointed with my stay at this property. I had booked several months in advance and was really looking forward to it. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the guest contact with a question regarding house rules but did not receive a response, which made communication feel unreliable from the start.

  Upon arrival, the home initially appeared tidy, though the surrounding area was not ideal. However, after settling in, it became clear that the cleanliness of the property was below expectations. The floors appeared unclean, as our socks became noticeably dirty shortly after walking inside. We also found multiple hairs on the bedding and in the shower, which raised concerns about whether linens and bathrooms had been properly cleaned. Additionally, the carpets and blankets on the couch appeared dirty and did not seem to have been recently cleaned.

  Overall, while the location had its advantages, the lack of cleanliness, and communication issues significantly impacted my experience.

  Good location, right off Perkins Road, which is super convenient and not too far from LSU. About a half a mile further down the road it did tend to get a little sketchy. . My only complaint was the two windows at the front of the house.( one bathroom and one bedroom) did not lock properly. Had I not been with other adults and only by myself I would not have stayed there. That needs to be fixed!! otherwise, great little covered patio in the back with a yard and overall house was nice.

  Ashlon was great! So good of her to take all our deliveries in days before our arrival! Very stressful ordering an entire dorm room to move our daughter into LSU in a 3 day window. The house was great!! The home was clean, smelled great, comfy beds, and everything you need for groceries, shopping, and restaurants nearby. I’m definitely staying there again when I visit my daughter!

• It started rough but got better.

  The place is beautiful and is very cozy. Only issue I had was when I showed up, the cleaning crew was still there so I had to wait. Unloaded then went to grab some food with my bowling group. Got back that night and went to get in the bed and it was hair all in the sheets. Looks like they just remade the bed instead of changing the sheets. Contacted property manager and they sent someone out a couple of hours later to change the sheets. It was a long night since I had to get up in the morning and should have been compensated in some manner but after that, everything went well.
