Disappointing
3/5 Property was unkept…. They had obviously just had a sewer issue resulting in the backyard being tore up with ruts and the patio covered in mud… maybe dried sewage… that we were tracking in. Kitchen drawers were off tracks and hard to open, dishwasher had no power to it, microwave wouldn’t heat food, GFCI plugs in the bathrooms and kitchen kept clicking off. Would have to reset all of them to get master bath plug to work. Shower curtain in master did not block water from getting every where…. It was only the decorative outer curtain. No bath rugs by showers. Trim around back entrance door was falling off. The house could be nice if a little work and elbow grease was applied to maintaining it and cleaning it well.

Hi Mary, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
-A significant plumbing issue was addressed, unrelated to sewer concerns. It was discovered that a branch had grown into the pipes, necessitating a major repair.
-A new dishwasher has been ordered, and we have recently discovered that the electrical panel on the dishwasher requires attention.
-An electrician has resolved issues with an outlet and one drawer that was off-track.
-We will be acquiring a new shower curtain as it seems the previous one may have been inadvertently taken.

5/5 The property was very comfortable and met our expectations perfectly. Due to an earlier power outage, the internet wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
