• Excellent House, comfortable and nice neighborhood

  This house is amazing. There were 7 of us and it was plenty of room in all areas of the house. The living room with the huge recliner couch was perfect. The theater room was nice as well. We loved the game room. The beds were comfortable. You will not be disappointed with this house. It is located in a very nice quiet community. Very close to amenities and downtown is only about 10-15 mins away. The walk in shower was just what we needed for our elderly father. The other bathrooms had tub/showers. The house is all on one level which worked well for accessibility as well. A nice covered parking area in the back with a pool and lots of outside seating around the pool and back of house.

• Awesome Stay

  We chose this property because of the location. We lived in Baton Rouge several years ago and knew the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were in town for 6 nights, and we also wanted a house to comfortably accomodate our large family for the Thanksgiving week. As soon as we arrived, we found it was much more than accommodation for a large group. The house is spectacular! The wide hallway with welcoming benches provided an immediate place to start relaxing. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the house. Everything went like clockwork. Ms. Pryer and her team were attentive and super responsive to our needs.

  The house is out of this world. It is enormous, with distinct living spaces that provide privacy and a cozy family feel. Our family included children, teenagers, young men, and older folks. We each found something to do. The swimming pool was a massive attraction for the young people. The ample poolside seating ensured that we could keep an eye on them as we enjoyed some music. And by the way, the pool is immaculate!

  The large den provided enough seating for 10-12 on a cozy leather sectional. We enjoyed movies a few times as a family. The game room was captivating for the youths who spent hours playing. They gave rave reviews of the equipment.

  Another attraction was the movie room. Some family members enjoyed movies and enjoyed the comfortable reclining leather sofas. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal in the vast, beautiful kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were plentiful and clean.

  Our family thanks the host and her team for making our Thanksgiving week memorable. We plan to stay at the property next time we are in Baton Rouge.

  Nice open space for everyone to enjoy themselves! AC was a bit of an issue in the bedrooms but overall amazing place to stay!

• Spacious House

  This house was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed watching scary movies in the Theater Room. Can't forget about the pool, family had a blast swimming. One thing we did was play hide and seek in the house when it got dark, plenty of places to hide lol.
