So convenient to the Ark!
5/5 This property was a perfect fit for 3adults & 3 children. We each had our own space & the 8 & 6 year old loved the bunk nook! 3 minutes to the Ark-40 minutes to the Creation Museum. Big pluses for us were the side patio with swing & the hot tub on the deck. Great reclining sofas in the living room where we played games in the evenings. One bed downstairs had seen better days but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again. Meticulous lovely bathrooms.

Perfect
5/5 The home is immaculately cleaned, thoughtfully stocked, spacious, positive messages in all decorating, layed out is a way that is perfect for kids and adults. We were there with family and friends. All of the kids and teens loved having the basement to themselves, its like two homes in one.
Everything you can think of is ready for you upon arriving. The host is the most kind, caring, ready to help person I have ever interacted with on any rental platform.

Great place a large group
5/5 The house was larger than expected. I believe it would sleep 15 comfortably. There is plenty of room to gather and fellowship both upstairs and downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you may need and only minutes from the Ark Encounter.

5/5 A nice location, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to stay for a trip with family and friends.
Tammy is a very nice, patient and friendly owner. She helped us a lot especially for early check in and responded fast in what we need.
